I need an experienced freelancer who can split their time between frontline customer support and behind-the-scenes data work. On the support side, you’ll handle routine inquiries in a friendly, timely manner, escalating only the complex cases I’ll brief you on.
For the data portion, I mainly require form-filling data entry followed by light analysis so I can spot trends faster. Accuracy is critical—I’m looking for clean, well-structured spreadsheets I can drop straight into my dashboards.
To keep expectations clear, here’s what counts as “done” on each task:
• Completed forms transferred into my template without typos or missing fields
• A concise summary of key numbers or patterns you noticed (no dense reports—just enough for quick decisions)
• All work returned within the agreed daily or weekly window
You can choose the tools you’re most efficient with—Excel, Google Sheets, or similar—so long as the final files open cleanly on my end.
