Remote Appliance Repair Dispatchers Needed (2 Positions)

We are a growing appliance repair company in Florida looking for TWO remote dispatchers/customer support agents to work in rotating shifts.

Schedule:
- 2 days ON / 2 days OFF rotation
- Long-term stable work
- Team-based environment

Main Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and text messages
- Schedule appointments using Housecall Pro
- Collect appliance and customer information
- Coordinate technician schedules
- Follow up with customers
- Keep notes and job information organized
- Provide professional customer communication in English

Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Customer service or dispatching experience
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Fast response time
- Comfortable working with US customers
