Customer Support Agent For Instagram
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹0 INR
We’re looking for a full-time superstar Customer Support Agent who will join our team to take over the day-to-day social media operations and make a huge impact. Your tasks involve responding to customer messages only on Instagram.
You will receive training, message templates (script). This job does NOT involve any content creation. You will not have to post social media photos or write any posts.
You won't need to do any annoying research...you just need to put in the work to respond to message requests on Instagram and see the money come through!

You will be reporting directly to the owner. We are growing and will hire more team members so you have the potential to become a manager and maybe even director… if you are amazing.
Here are a few MUST HAVE qualities we’re looking for...
- At least 1 year of solid sales background is highly desired
- Prior customer support experience is highly desired
- Must have your own computer, reliable high-speed internet.
- Access to a phone to use the Instagram app and other apps
- English Grammar and Language: You must be fluent in English
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
- Able to work more than 8H/day
- Can work during weekends!
- Customer Service Oriented and ability to adapt/respond properly to different types of scenarios
- Ability to Multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proof of achievement in sales (awards/certificates/sales bonus payslips) is a PLUS but not required
- Super detail oriented and organized - Nothing slips past you.
- Assertive and willing to speak up - you feel comfortable asking for help, bringing up concerns, and proposing new ideas. If you disagree, tell us and explain why.
- Comfortable with constructive criticism - If we notice that you can improve at something, we’ll talk to you about it. We’ll be respectful, but direct and quick. Do not apply if you’re not comfortable with constructive criticism.
