Customer Success Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to make our customers feel special!
Daily duties include:
1. Responding to all comments on our social media platforms (eg., Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.,)
2. Manage social media direct messages across social media platforms
3. Engage with other influencers' content
4. Answer to inbound customer service emails
5. Sharing with our team latest feedback/concerns of our customers
