Customer Success Manager for Lead Gen Company

We're a fast-growing lead generation company helping real estate agents
across the US find motivated home sellers. We're looking for a
confident Customer Success Manager to join our remote team.

This starts as a part time role but grows to full time quickly as we scale.

YOU DO NOT NEED PRIOR EXPERIENCE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Onboarding new clients over the phone calls (following a script)
- Making sure every client knows exactly how to get the most out of
our service
- Handling client emails and messages
- Being the first point of contact for any client questions or concerns
- Setting up new client accounts in our system

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF:
- Your English is clear, confident and fluent
- You're warm and naturally great with people
- You're comfortable on the phone every day
- You're self sufficient and don't need micromanaging
- You're reliable, coachable and looking to grow with a fast moving company

DETAILS:
- Fully remote
- Part time to start (20 hours/week growing to full time)
- $1,200 - $1,600/month (Full time)
- $5-10 bonus per successful onboarding call -> potential of $500-$1000 bonus
