Customer Service at $25 per hour

Title: Email Customer Service Support - More than 20 hours per week - Entry-level

I am looking for a freelancer to provide email customer service support for my business. The ideal candidate should have a good command of English and be able to provide timely and quality responses to customer inquiries.

Scope of Work:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Provide solutions to customer issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records and update databases

Requirements:
- Fluent in English or Spanish
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills

Ideal skills and experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Payment:
- $25 per hour
