Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator

I'm looking for a Customer Service Representative who will also take on the role of a Social Media Assistant and Ambassador Coordinator for my UK-based dermal filler brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle all customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ambassador Coordination: Recruit brand ambassadors, manage their activities, and track their performance.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with order fulfilment and other administrative tasks.
Social Media Focus:
- Primarily, the role involves overseeing our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Engage with our audience, promote our brand and products, and implement strategies to grow our following and customer base.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service and social media management is essential.
- Experience in coordinating activities for brand ambassadors would be a significant advantage.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to handle order fulfilment and other administrative duties.
- A passion for the beauty industry, particularly dermal fillers, would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
