I'm looking for a customer service rep who will respond to our customers' inquiries across three different platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee. We are a new clothing brand that is more focused on women apparel.
Description:
- working hours from 8am-5pm from Mon to Sat
- list of FAQs will be provided. If the question is not there, we will be the ones who'll handle it
- max of 1 hr response time for Facebook and Shopee, 30 mins for Instagram
