Customer Service Representative (Central Time Zone)
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
We are looking for a reliable and punctual Customer Service Representative to support our team as backend support. This is a remote role requiring consistent availability during Central Time Zone hours.
Working Hours:
Daily login at 9:30 AM CT
Daily logout at 6:30 PM CT
Must be available on weekends as well
Compensation:
₹150 INR per hour
Requirements:
Must be punctual and available during Central Time Zone hours
Delays in logging in will result in immediate termination of the contract
Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
Stable and high-speed internet connection
Prior experience in customer support is preferred
You will be assisting customers via chat, email, call, or other backend support systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, responsive, and committed to excellent customer service.
