Enter quote opportunities into the CRM for the quoting department
Follow up with customers for any missing information on an order
Follow up with other staff to ensure work order information is accurate prior to inputting into the system
Solve problem during production, and communicating good news and bad with the customer
Communicate with customers, overseas vendors, and all departments at Aztex to ensure orders are produced accurately and on time
Respond and communicate customer complaint resolution issues
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint:
