Customer Service Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our team of three virtual assistants. This role reports to the owner of the business and is required to ensure the team isn equipped with all the knowledge of our systems and continually train the team to deliver exceptional customer service. In order to do this role you need to have done a similar role in the past and have several years of business experience working in senior roles.
This role requires quality assurance where you will be constantly checking and monitoring that people are doing their tasks on time and accurately as well so you need to have an eye for detail and keen interest in investigating and problem solving .
