I am looking for an experienced customer service specialist to provide virtual customer service for our organization. Service will be provided on a live chat channel, as needed. We expect timely responses - within 24 hours - to inquiries from our customers. Ideally, the individual would have previous experience with providing customer service in a virtual capacity, and be reliable and efficient at providing quality customer service.
