Here’s what I need you to do on each call: thank the customer for ordering, confirm the items and quantity they selected, and double-check the delivery address so shipping goes smoothly. I’ll provide the contact list and a short script; you bring a friendly tone, clear diction, and the ability to switch naturally between English and Hindi. If you speak additional languages that’s a bonus, but not a requirement.
You’ll be working remotely and can set your own calling windows as long as they fall within the customer’s daytime hours. I pay per completed session, and I keep the script concise so calls rarely run long. After each session, just drop a brief note in the shared sheet confirming the outcome—no complicated CRM to learn.
