Customer Email Response VA
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
My inbox for a small but fast-growing e-commerce store now averages 40-60 customer messages a day. I need a virtual assistant who can step in, monitor the account throughout the workweek, and draft or send clear, friendly, brand-consistent replies to every customer inquiry. Most questions revolve around order status, basic product details, or simple troubleshooting.
You’ll log in to our Gmail workspace, work from existing templates when they fit, and create new, approved scripts when they don’t. Anything unusual—refund disputes, shipping claims, or technical questions outside the knowledge base—gets flagged for me with a quick note, but everything routine should go out without waiting for my review. I’ll provide onboarding, style guidelines, and a shared FAQ so you feel comfortable taking full ownership of the conversation flow.
Timeliness matters: responses within four business hours keep our satisfaction scores high, so a check-in schedule that covers mornings and late afternoons in my U.S. Eastern time zone is ideal. If you’re confident with the core email work, there’s room later to expand into scheduling or social media tasks, but those are optional; right now, nailing customer email replies is the priority.
Please share a short example that shows your written tone with customers and note any help-desk tools (Gmail, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, etc.) you’ve already mastered. I’ll start with a paid trial day so we can both confirm the fit before moving to an ongoing arrangement.
