From 2–5 March 2026，we'd like to find a overseas student to be our I need an on-site helper in Moscow to help us do sth on the International Oil, Gas, Pump & Pipeline Show in Moscow. you need to be positioned just outside the main competitor booths.
Your assignment
• Station yourself near those stands throughout opening hours and keep a neat stack of our product catalogs at hand. Each catalog focuses on product features, so you only need to highlight those points when you speak.
• The moment a visitor walks away from a competitor’s booth, step forward politely, offer a brief introduction, hand over the catalog together with my business card, and request theirs in return.
• Log every card you collect, take a quick photo of the front and back for daily updates to us and secure the originals .
Essential skills
Fluent English and workable Russian, a confident yet discreet approach, and the stamina to stand and engage four full exhibition days.
Deliverables
1. Physical stack of all business cards gathered.
2. Daily digital snapshots of each card plus a short note of any special product questions asked.
3. A final count of catalogs distributed and any leftovers so I can gauge print-run effectiveness.
