I need a reliable person who can stay on top of our live-chat queue and answer every incoming question about our products and services. The goal is simple: give clear, friendly, and accurate information so customers feel taken care of and can move straight to their purchase decision.
Most chats revolve around basic product details—what an item does, how to order, current promos, and expected delivery times—so you’ll spend your day guiding visitors rather than troubleshooting complex issues. Because the main purpose is menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan, speed matters: replies should land within a minute or two and always maintain a warm, professional tone.
You’ll be working inside our existing chat dashboard (similar to WhatsApp Web and LiveChat), and I’ll provide a concise FAQ plus access to our catalogue. When something falls outside the FAQ, just flag it for me and I’ll jump in.
Deliverables
• Real-time responses during the agreed shift
• End-of-day summary showing total chats handled, unresolved questions, and any customer feedback
