Customer Analyst - Insurance

Need entry-level professional customer service for a start-up. Key responsibilities will involve answering calls and helping clients understand their travel insurance policy and helping them to file a claim. Ideally, this is for someone who is studying risk management or actuarial science. This person will get real insurance experience.
