Cosmetics Direct Sales Specialist
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a growing line of skincare and colour-cosmetics that is sold exclusively direct-to-consumer, so every conversation you start and every product you place goes straight into a customer’s hands without the middle-man. What I need is an upbeat, target-driven sales specialist who already knows how to turn a friendly chat into a confirmed order.
Your day-to-day will revolve around three core areas:
• Customer service – answering questions, matching shades, following up on reorder cycles and nurturing loyalty.
• Stock management – keeping a lean personal inventory, flagging low-stock items and coordinating quick replenishment with me so we never miss a sale.
• Sales reporting – submitting concise weekly figures on units sold, revenue generated and feedback gathered so we can track performance and tweak promotions in real time.
Because direct selling is our sole channel, prior experience in face-to-face or social-selling environments is essential; I need someone who is comfortable hosting live demos, pop-up events or one-to-one consultations and who can close without feeling pushy.
Tools you should already be handy with include any mobile POS app of your choice for on-the-spot transactions and a simple spreadsheet or CRM to log customer details. If you prefer something like HubSpot or Zoho, that’s fine—as long as the data is clean and the report lands in my inbox every Friday.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. First-month launch plan outlining outreach tactics and projected targets.
2. Ongoing weekly sales & inventory report (template provided).
3. End-of-month summary with insights and improvement suggestions.
If you’re ready to champion an indie cosmetics brand, let’s talk about your direct sales wins and how quickly you can start.
