• We’ll align on a concise script; I’m open to your tweaks as long as the close remains the focus.
• Calls, follow-ups, and outcomes are logged in my lightweight CRM; you can import your own favorite dialer as long as results appear in the dashboard each day.
• Daily summaries should highlight total dials, connects, sales, and any common objections so we can refine the pitch together.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum call volume agreed before the first dial.
2. Accurate call notes and recordings uploaded by end of shift.
3. Conversions meet or exceed the weekly target we set together.
