Construction Virtual Assistant Needed

My construction team juggles several builds at once, so staying ahead of project timelines, paperwork, and client updates is critical. I need a virtual assistant who can step straight into that flow and keep three main areas running smoothly:
1. Scheduling & project timelines
• Update the master schedule whenever dates shift, flag clashes, and send quick notices to the crew and subs.
• Pull weekly look-ahead summaries so I can review milestones every Monday.
2. Document management
• Keep all files in their correct folders, following the naming convention we already use.
• Prepare concise progress reports from field notes and photos; a polished PDF by Friday close.
• Enter daily logs and supplier invoices into our tracker with zero data-entry errors.
3. Customer communication
• Reply to routine client questions within 24 hours.
• Send status emails after each major milestone is hit, attaching the latest report or updated Gantt snapshot.
