Follow a structured script to gather key details.
Log call results in a simple tracking system and submit a daily summary.
? What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Fluent English speaker (neutral accent, clear communication).
✔️ Comfortable making 100+ cold calls per day and keeping conversations efficient.
✔️ Strong listening and interpersonal skills – you can quickly assess a candidate’s fit.
✔️ Basic data entry skills – recording call outcomes accurately is key.
✔️ Previous experience in recruitment, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
✔️ Availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST/PST).
✔️ Must have a U.S. phone number for making calls.
