Cold Calling Sales Closer Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are building out our remote sales force for a fast-growing digital agency that designs high converting websites for local businesses. Your mission is simple but critical: pick up the phone, speak with owners of restaurants, salons, pet stores, fitness studios, real-estate offices and auto shops already in our database and turn those cold leads into paid clients.
All data is supplied; you just bring the confident voice and closing instinct. Every day you’ll work toward a clearly defined call quota, log concise notes in the report sheet, follow up on warm prospects and, above all, secure the signature that moves a lead to an active paying client. Hindi and English fluency are non-negotiable, and if you can switch to Tamil/Kannada/Telugu when the occasion arises you’ll have an extra edge.
The position is fully work-from-home, six days a week. You must have your own smartphone, headset and stable internet connection. I will count on your telesales experience & your experienced pitch to close deals & self motivation to hit targets consistently.
Compensation is structured to reward results: a fixed ₹12,000 salary each month plus performance incentives on every deal you close and you MUST Achieve the Sales Target/ month. Demonstrate reliability and strong numbers and you’ll find long-term growth here with more responsibilities, higher commissions, larger accounts.
