Client Service Representative

Qualify, educate, and enroll individuals into plans that meet the consumer’s needs
Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products
Aide in fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our cultural
Assist the management team in exceeding established goals for the branch by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment
Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
Stay current on our client’s products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, calls, and networking events
Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully
