Client Outreach Call Specialist

I’m looking for someone who can take my existing client list and connect with each person by phone to highlight the fresh products and promotions that arrive in the shop. I already have a clear script ready; you just need to bring a confident voice, a friendly attitude, and solid follow-through.

The rhythm is steady—new customers pop onto the list daily, so I expect calls to be placed the same day they appear. After every conversation, I’ll need a concise note of the outcome logged in my simple spreadsheet CRM (Google Sheets) so I can track interest, questions, and any follow-up needed.

Deliverables I expect:
• Daily calls completed for every newly added customer
• Brief call-outcome notes entered before the day ends
• Immediate flagging of any hot leads or urgent questions that require my attention
