About FinanIQ:
FinanIQ is a growing financial management and startup mentorship platform helping individuals and businesses manage their finances, investments, and startup journeys effectively.
We’re looking for motivated communicators to join our team and connect with clients on behalf of FinanIQ.
Role Responsibilities:
Call and communicate with clients (all data will be provided by FinanIQ).
Explain our services
Guide clients through the process and help them complete their registration/payment.
Maintain a positive relationship and provide clear, polite communication.
Performance-Based Pay:
Personal Finance Management: ₹19 per confirmed client, ₹10 if not confirmed.
Startup Mentorship: ₹150 per confirmed client, ₹10 if not confirmed.
Performance & Growth:
Performance will be evaluated based on:
Communication quality
Client relationship management
Consistency and conversion rate
Who Can Apply:
This role is only for women's.
Good communication skills in Telugu or English (Telugu is plus)
Friendly and confident over the phone.
Basic understanding of financial or startup concepts preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers and students are also welcome.
