Cleaning Staff Onboarding

I’m building an on-demand house-help service in Bangalore and need a proactive partner to bring gig-based cleaning staff onto our platform.

Here’s the flow you’ll handle from start to finish:

• Cold Call the leads or the inbounds (they all come from online job portals).
• Explain our service clearly, answer questions, and keep the conversation friendly yet focused.
• When a cleaner is interested, open our admin portal and record just one item at this stage—their availability schedule.
• Send them the app link, stay on the line (or chat) while they install it, and make sure they understand how to complete the in-app sign-up with their ID and bank details.

Success for me is measured by the number of fully onboarded cleaning staff who can immediately accept gigs in the app, not simply by calls made. I’ll provide a call script, FAQs, portal access, and a Google Sheet to track your progress; you bring solid phone skills, persistence, and a genuine ability to build rapport in Kannada, Hindi, or English.
