Cleaning Service Booking Representative
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
I’m looking for a motivated Booking Representative located in Toronto—or anywhere in Canada—to turn warm, pre-qualified cleaning leads into confirmed appointments. I’ll supply every lead’s name, phone number, city, and requested service, plus a detailed call script to keep conversations smooth and consistent.
Here’s what you’ll do:
• Call each lead first (WhatsApp or email only if a call isn’t possible).
• Confirm the client’s cleaning needs, preferred date and time, and exact address.
• Send our secure payment link or invoice so they can finalize the booking on the spot.
• Record each outcome in a shared Google Sheet so our local cleaning partners see an up-to-the-minute schedule.
Success in this role means friendly, confident phone etiquette, reliable follow-through, and accurate data entry inside Google Workspace. Previous customer-service or sales experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and clear English matter most.
