Chinese-Speaking Team Leader for BPO Company
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Position Title: Team Leader – Payment and Customer Service (4 pax)
Salary Range: RM 6,000
Work Location: Mawatha, Colombo 09
Work Mode: BPO
Working Schedule:
Fixed shifts (Morning or Night) - 12 hours per shift.
Work 7 consecutive days
12 days off accumulated at the end of every 3 months.

Role Overview
Iti is a leading outsourcing provider based in the heart of Colombo’s tech hub. We specialize in delivering seamless customer support and financial transaction services for international clients. We are looking for a driven Chinese-Speaking leader to head our Payment and Cust team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Payment and Customer Service team. Monitor queues, manage attendance, and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing staff to ensure adherence to company protocols, communication standards, and financial security policies.
Performance Management: Track team KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions and communications are handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with internal security policies.
Reporting: Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues to management promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language: Mandarin, English
Background: Must have a clean criminal record and pass a security screening.
Age: Below 35 years old.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of laptop/computer usage; familiar with chat systems, MS Office, and basic troubleshooting.
Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within customer service, or fintech environment.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
