I’m putting together a small team of holiday helpers and I need one standout Elf Intern who genuinely enjoys interacting with families and children. Your mission is to keep the magic alive from the moment guests arrive until the last candy cane is packed away.

Here’s what the role looks like in practice: you’ll greet every child as Santa’s official side-kick, guide them through treasure hunts and craft workshops, manage the flow of excited crowds, and jump in for photos whenever a parent calls out “Elf, over here!” No prior customer-facing experience is required—as long as you’re eager to learn, I’ll teach you the rest. Good communication is the core skill I’m counting on; with clear, upbeat conversation you’ll keep queues moving, props organised and the whole space buzzing with festive cheer.

Elf attire, pointy ears and all, will be provided. In between meet-and-greets you’ll help tidy activity stations, reset photo backdrops and lend a hand to the events team wherever needed. Reliability and punctuality matter because every minute counts when Santa’s schedule is tight.
