Chat Setter & Sales VA

I’m the founder of Solerglows, and I want to streamline the way we convert interest into paying customers. I need a versatile chat setter and virtual assistant who can keep conversations warm, answer questions promptly, and move prospects smoothly toward a booked call—or a closed sale.

Your core responsibilities
• Generating leads: identify and engage new prospects through chat, DMs, and comment outreach.
• Following up with prospects: nurture conversations, track next steps in our CRM, and keep follow-ups consistent until a decision is reached.
• Customer support: handle incoming questions, resolve common issues, and maintain a friendly brand voice.
• Facebook & Instagram management: schedule posts, reply to comments, monitor DMs, and flag high-potential leads.

What success looks like
• Faster response times that earn positive feedback.
• A steady pipeline of qualified prospects ready for sales calls.
• Clear weekly reports on lead numbers, follow-up status, and support queries resolved.

Tools we currently use include Meta Business Suite, basic CRM software, and Google Workspace. If you’re comfortable jumping into those (and suggesting improvements), let me know how you’d approach the first 30 days and share any relevant experience with lead generation and customer support.
