Chat Sales Rep (Telegram + iMessage) for US hemp e-commerce brand, long-term, 9am–6pm ET
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are a US hemp-derived THCa e-commerce brand looking for a full-time chat sales rep to
own our Telegram and iMessage channels, long term.
What you'll do:
- Answer inbound customer messages fast (minutes, not hours) on Telegram and iMessage
- Convert questions into orders: recommend products, handle objections, upsell bundles
- Follow up with past customers for reorders
- Follow our compliance rules exactly
- Log conversations and sales so commission is tracked cleanly
Hard requirements — do not bid if you can't meet ALL of these:
1. You own an iPhone or Mac and can send iMessages to US phone numbers
2. You are available 9am–6pm US Eastern Time, Monday–Saturday, as your normal working hours
3. Fluent, natural written American English (your messages ARE the brand)
4. Comfortable selling hemp/THCa products to US customers
Nice to have (not required): experience in cannabis/hemp/vape/nicotine or another
regulated product, or chat-based sales (not call-center scripts). Know how to use Zoho inventory management tool.
Pay: hourly base + sales commission on every completed sale you handle. Long-term role for the right person. Before hiring we run a short PAID test (about 1 hour, paid whether or not you're hired).
