Chat Reply Agent for Shopee and Lazada (5pm - 10pm GMT+8)

Prior experience in Shopee and Lazada, written English proficiency preferred.
Monday-Sunday/ Monday-Saturday
Responsibilities:
-Replying to customers' chats, <= 30 mins response time
-Liaising with clients on Whatsapp
There will be a short test on customer service skills. Successful candidates will be offered the project which lasts for 2 days and a full time role will be offered for satisfactory performance.
