Chat-Based Sales Assistant Needed
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
I’m expanding my clothing line and need a remote sales assistant who lives inside the chat window. During a dedicated 4-hour daily shift, you’ll greet every shopper on WhatsApp, answer style and sizing questions, guide them through checkout, and circle back after delivery to be sure everything fits—literally and figuratively.
Speed matters: while you’re on the clock I expect replies within two to five minutes. Tone matters just as much; clear, friendly, and professional language is what builds trust and keeps customers buying.
Your day-to-day focus will be:
• Responding to customer inquiries about our apparel
• Assisting with orders from cart to confirmation
• Following up post-purchase to secure feedback and upsell when appropriate
All chats, order notes, and follow-ups must be closed out and logged within seven days so nothing slips through the cracks.
