The task is straightforward: manage my incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages for nine hours each day. Conversations need to flow smoothly in both Hindi and English, switching between the two whenever the caller or chat participant prefers.
Day-to-day you will:
• Answer and place calls, note key details, and relay any follow-ups I must handle personally.
• Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly, keeping the tone polite, clear, and on-brand.
• Maintain a simple log of calls and chats so I can track what was handled, what remains pending, and any urgent issues.
The schedule is fixed—nine working hours daily—and so is the compensation: ₹5,000 per month, released on time every month. A solid internet connection, WhatsApp Web access, and the ability to stay reachable throughout the shift are essential.
