Call Script and diagram for call flow

I need a freelancer to write a comprehensive call flow (with call script) for our automation. The call flow will include three (3) different flows: customer support, cold calling leads, and handle inbound calls.
Key tasks include:
- Writing scripts for various call types
- Designing call flow diagrams
Ideal skills and experience:

The output should be both in a doc with the script and a call flow diagram.
