I am looking for a reliable person currently living in Estonia who can purchase a used book from Osta.ee, receive it through an Omniva parcel locker, inspect it briefly, and forward it to me in Japan.

The seller only offers delivery through an Omniva parcel locker, so you must:
1. Be physically located in Estonia.
2. Have access to an Omniva parcel locker.
3. Purchase the book from Osta.ee after the project and payment arrangements have been confirmed.
4. Receive and collect the parcel.
5. Take clear photographs of:
- The front and back covers
- The spine
- The parcel contents
- Any obvious damage or condition issues
6. Send the photographs to me before international shipment.
7. Pack the book securely for international shipping:
- Place it in a waterproof plastic bag.
- Protect it with rigid cardboard or a sturdy box.
- Use sufficient padding so that the corners, cover, and spine are not damaged.
8. Ship it to my address in Japan using a tracked international shipping service.
9. Provide the tracking number, postage receipt, and a photograph of the completed parcel.
For the customs declaration, please describe the item accurately as:
“Used book”
Please declare the actual purchase price. Do not mark the parcel as a gift or enter an inaccurate value.
Payment and quotation
The following costs will be paid separately:
- Book price: 35 EUR
- Domestic Omniva delivery fee
- International shipping cost to Japan
- Your Freelancer service fee

- Your service fee, excluding the item and shipping costs
