I’m growing the Sriram Insurance Company team and need motivated people who can work from home—either full-time or part-time—as Insurance Advisors / Development Officer Trainees. Your core focus will be policy management and customer service: guiding customers through policy choices, answering their questions, processing simple changes, and ensuring every interaction leaves them more confident about their coverage.

Formal qualifications aren’t required; we will equip you with everything you need to know about our products, compliance standards, and CRM tools. What you must already bring to the table are strong communication skills, solid problem-solving instincts, and an eye for detail—qualities that let you keep conversations clear, spot issues before they escalate, and document each step accurately.
