I require assistance with managing my reservations on both Booking.com and Airbnb. This includes setting up price points, managing the availability of my listings, and creating message templates for guest communications.
Additionally, I need help with the daily management of arrivals and departures, as well as guest communications via the online portals and WhatsApp. Guest check-in is scheduled for 2:00 PM GMT (UK timing) daily.
The ideal candidate for this project would be familiar with both Booking.com and Airbnb, have experience in price setting and availability management, and be proficient in creating message templates. Excellent communication skills and a knack for customer service are crucial for maintaining positive guest interactions. Experience with time zone management is also beneficial.
