Bilingual Virtual Call Agent

I'm in need of an entry-level, human virtual agent fluent in both English and Spanish. This individual will handle a variety of tasks including taking calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Transferring calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Taking messages when necessary
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or handling calls is a plus, but not necessary
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
