Bilingual Spanish-French Support Agent
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a remote customer-service professional who can handle Spanish and French with equal confidence, both spoken and written. From Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Paris time), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding through email, telephone and live chat from the comfort of your own quiet, professional home workspace.
Your day-to-day work will involve diagnosing and resolving typical software or internet-connectivity issues, updating each ticket in our after-sales platform (full training provided) and sharing any recurring pain points with the rest of the team so we can keep refining our processes. Because the role is entirely online, a reliable computer, a stable internet connection and a headset with microphone are non-negotiable.
I’m specifically looking for someone who has already spent about one to two years in a customer-support environment and can demonstrate clear, concise troubleshooting skills in both languages. If that sounds like you, tell me about the toughest software or connectivity problem you’ve solved for a client and how you kept the conversation warm while fixing it.
