Bilingual Onboarding Agent Needed
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m looking for a sharp, people-oriented onboarding agent who can converse effortlessly in both Hindi and English. Your day-to-day responsibility will be guiding brand-new customers from first contact to “ready to go,” which means:
• Verifying their documents quickly and accurately
• Walking them through account setup inside our CRM and logging each step in our own internal system
• Running a concise product usage demo so they feel confident using the service on their own
You will be paid Rs.250/- for each successful onboarding.
