Bilingual Caller for Mortgage Outreach

I am seeking a bilingual individual fluent in both Spanish and English to assist with outreach for my mortgage business. The task involves contacting a list of 3010 people, making three different calls and sending three text messages to each contact over the next six weeks. The role requires a total of approximately 361 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make initial contact calls to introduce the business and its mortgage services.
- Provide information about our mortgage offerings during the call.
- Schedule follow-up calls with interested contacts.
- Send text messages promoting our services and expressing gratitude with follow-up thank you messages.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills with an upbeat personality.
- Experience in customer service or telemarketing, particularly in the mortgage industry.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls and messages.
