When a customer books a bike online on byronbaybikes.com, he receives a combination bike number / unlock code by SMS or email (if international phone number). In some cases, the unlock code is not working or the customer wants another bike number from the facility and calls us 0418883631.
If we are not available, we will redirect the calls to the VA and the VA will answer the call and assist customer. Use case 1 : the lock code supplied doesn't work or customer wants a different bike: the VA asks the customer to pick another bike number, and the VA provides the corresponding unlock code by checking the database (excel file) - the VA sms us a summary of the communication. use case 2: do you rent e-bikes? -> yes we do - ebikes are available for pick up from 12 shirley st - you will meet with our staff (allow 2 hours from booking time for one of our staff to come and meet with you and get your bike ready).
