Beauty & Makeup Customer Service Helper (Part-Time, Los Angeles Time)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We need a part-time support assistant to handle customer and student messages.
Schedule:
• Must be available to reply around 9 AM Los Angeles time
• Check in again later in the afternoon (flexible hours)
• Total: about 30 minutes to 3 hours per day
Tasks:
• Reply to emails in Help Scout (saved replies + ChatGPT provided)
• Manage Shopify orders & student accounts
• Check assignments and progress in our learning platform
Requirements:
• English spoken and written clearly
• Passion for makeup/beauty (knowledge of makeup & facials is a plus)
• Clear, friendly communication
• Reliable and detail-oriented
