UK Based Nominee Director Search
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I am seeking a professional, well-organized Nominee Director based in the UK for my company. The ideal candidate should have 500+ credit score and be based in the United Kingdom.
Given the nature of the role, I do not require the director's direct involvement in the day-to-day affairs of the business. However, if you want a role in the business that can be arranged with training provided.
Here are the project specifics:
- Location: The Nominee Director should be based in the United Kingdom.
- Sector Experience: While there was no express preference for any sector, a candidate with diverse experience would be better suited.
The ideal candidate is expected to be reliable, demonstrate high integrity, and maintain utmost discretion due to the nature of this role.
While not essential, having a background in any sector (Finance, Technology and Healthcare) would be considered a plus. The Director's primary role will be holding a formal office in alignment with the Companies House rules without taking part in much of the day-to-day operations.
