I'm urgently seeking a diligent assistant with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate the booking site, Hospitable. You'll be instrumental in the smooth running of my growing short-term rental and Airbnb business that manages 5-10 properties.
Responsibilities will include promptly and professionally responding to guests, coordinating with cleaning teams and verifying a consistent high standard of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient and comprehensive reports.
Key Reporting Tasks include:
• Creating Booking Activity Reports
• Revenue and Earnings Reports
• Occupancy Reports
Experience in short-term rental or hospitality industry is ideal and proficiency with Hospitable booking site can be taught. Your ability to ensure operations run seamlessly will greatly contribute to the success of my business.
