Appointment Setter for Ecommerce Agency

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential clients to ensure they align with our services. Gather and document relevant information about each lead.
Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with potential clients and internal teams to schedule meetings and appointments that suit both parties.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to confirm appointments, reschedule if necessary, and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Ensure all data is up-to-date and organized.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointment metrics, and overall performance to the sales team and management.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, such as telemarketing, customer service, or sales support.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems and office software (e.g., GoHighLevel, Google Workspace).
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle objections effectively.
