VA Agency for Taxi Dispatch

I'm seeking a professional VA agency to provide 3 to 5 dedicated agents for inbound ride bookings for my US-based taxi company.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer booking calls and messages
- Accurately enter ride details
- Maintain high service quality

Working Hours:
- 4:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight PST, 7 days a week
- At least 3 agents must be active during the shift

Requirements:
- Proven track record in dispatch or similar VA work.
- Fluent English-speaking agents with strong customer service skills.
- Supervision and quality assurance by the agency.
- Stable internet and proper call-handling tools (e.g., headset, VoIP access).
- CRM/dispatch system experience is a plus.
- Must be able to scale or swap agents as needed for coverage.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Mid-level expertise in customer service or dispatch.
- Experience with Asana is a plus.
