Job Responsibilities

* Counsel students and parents regarding B.Tech and MBBS admission opportunities.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and follow up on admission inquiries.
* Guide students through the complete admission process, from counseling to enrollment.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
* Achieve monthly admission targets.
* Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Excellent communication and counseling skills.
* Experience in education counseling or admissions is preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email, etc.).
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Incentive: ₹7,500 for every successful admission.
