Add Value-Added Services Calls

I have a batch of customer accounts that need specific value-added services activated. I will share a spreadsheet with each account’s service activation code; your task is to phone the provider’s customer-care line, quote the correct code, and make sure the service is switched on.

During the call you will:
• Provide the service activation code exactly as supplied.
• Follow any authentication steps the agent requires.
• Note the reference number or confirmation ID the agent gives after successful activation.

Once each call is completed, simply update the same sheet with the date, time, and reference number so I can track progress.

You should be comfortable making multiple calls, speaking clear English, and staying patient with support agents if hold times occur. Accuracy is critical—each activation must match the code assigned to the customer in the sheet.
